GALLERY ONE & TWO

$100 an hour per gallery (rate from May-November)
$75 an hour per gallery (rate from December-April)

PAINT & CLAY STUDIOS

$50 an hour per studio

STAFF

CAS requires that at least one staff member be on site for all events at $25/hour.

CLEANING

$75 will be charged for all events.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $1,000 deposit is required for all events. Deposits will be returned approximately two weeks after the date of event if no damage or theft has occurred.

PAYMENTS

50% of the rental cost must be paid at the signing of the contract. The remaining balance must be paid 10 business days preceding the event.

INSURANCE

Additional Event Insurance may need to be purchased.
