Main Street, Livingston Manor, NY

produced by the Catskill Art Society in partnership with the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce

Created to bring together the Livingston Manor region and the Catskills at large, the Trout Parade is an annual street fair celebrating our community, taking place on the second Saturday in June each year.

The Trout Parade is produced by the Catskill Art Society (CAS) in partnership with the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce. A community-based project, the Trout Parade is not only Sullivan County’s foremost art parade, but the proceeds it generates from individual donations and the sale of parade merchandise will help to support community organizations. Started in 2004 as a local grassroots festival, CAS has produced the Trout Parade since 2010.

Voted "Best Parade" for The River Reporter Reader's Choice.

The 14th Annual Trout Parade is set to cast off in Livingston Manor on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 1 PM. Local businesses and organizations are known to put on their creative hats and add some witty, wacky twist to their march down Main Street. Professional musicians, puppeteers and dancers add to the festivities.

Avast, ye scallywags, the 2016 Trout Parade is pirate-themed! Ahoy to the high seas (and streams)! “Pirates of the Willowemoc” will storm Main Street in all kinds of olde timey garb. Whether you’re a scurvy buccaneer or a noble explorer, you’re welcome to come in costume, wacky hats, skates, floats, even tugboats! Don’t forget to grab a collectible T-shirt or limited edition hat as your booty on the big day.

The 2016 Trout Parade will be led by honorary Grand Marshal John Conway, the Sullivan County Historian. This year's event is dedicated to the memory of Lee Siegel and Bud Wertheim.
